Frankfort North Pier Light

The Frankfort North Pier Light started as a 44-foot tall pyramidal tower built in 1912 to replace an earlier lighthouse. Later, it was placed atop a 25-foot tall square base. In 2010, ownership of the light was transferred to the city of Frankfort. The light is still operational.
