Sand Point Lighthouse

I met up here with a photographer friend earlier in the day to get some pictures of the lighthouse. As fate would have it, storm clouds began to gather and the sky darkened rather quickly. A flock of geese noisily fly past, as if to get out of the path of the encroaching storm. I yelled to my friend that we needed to grab our stuff and head back to our cars right then. We weren’t hallway there before the rain started gushing down. Unfortunately, I could carry everything in one trip and had to go back in the downpour for the rest of my gear. We went to dinner and by the time we were through, the rain had stopped, so we went back to the lighthouse to get some wonderful after-the-storm shots as the sun started to set.
